How to Draw a Doll Step by Step
Every girl has a favorite doll which she takes everywhere and even sleeps with it. It's convenient to play different games with such a toy. The toy can be old, but the girl will still adore it.
We offer the variant of a doll drawing. You and your child can change some details if the doll on the drawing will differ from the toy of your daughter.
You need:

Head
Try to draw a head in the upper part of the paper's sheet to put also the boby and the legs. Use your compass to make the circle smooth.

Body
The body must be smaller in width than the head. The details are in touch.

Connection
Erase the upper part of the oval to make the neck not to hide the head.

Legs
Draw the lower limbs without fingers in the form of the elongated ovals.

Arms
Draw the arms under the head. The toy doesn't have the clearly marked shoulders.
The arms should be on one line. The left arm is slightly lengthened.
Do the same with the right arm to make the upper limbs look more elegant.

Skirt
First of all, mark the beginning and the end of the skirt with the help of two lines to make it easier to connect them.
Connect the skirt's parts with the help of slightly curved lines to make the clothes look like a trapezoid.

Figure correction
Make the toy's figure look more slim and refined, slightly correcting the oval.

Collar
Draw a collar in a form of a semicircle. It mustn't be big. Separate the clothes from the body.

Shoes
The shoes are drawn in the form of slippers which are a little bit more than the feet.

Hair
Form a face in the circle which is used as the doll's head and separate the hair at once.
Erase the extra lines. The dolls' faces are made as human's ones that's why they are not perfectly round.
Draw a frindge, adding some lines on the hair.

Ponytails
Draw the ponytails of the same length. They are at the back on the drawing but you can draw them on the left and on the right.

Flower on the clothes
You can draw anything you want on the clothes next to the flower: an ice cream, a smiley face, a heart. Or you can choose another flower.

Eyes
You can slightly draw a horizontal line to make the eyes be on one level, draw the eyes on the horizontal line.
Don't forget to add the details: long eyelashes and pupils.

Smile
The last detail is a smile.

Coloring
You can color the toy as it's shown on the drawing or your child can choose the necessary colors.
